"Extremely disappointed. I ordered a sandwich for my lunch break for work. After eating a few bites I noticed SEVERAL long black hairs all through my sandwich. I couldn’t leave as I was at work so I went without for the afternoon. When I got out of work I went down to the store to see if I could get a refund. The girl called her manager and she told me that I could only get my money back if I had the sandwich with me. I showed her the pictures and explained that this was at 1:30pm. I was at work until 5pm and it was in the garbage at the store. She said she could remake it, so i’ll give them that, but I didn’t want a new one several hours later I wanted my money back. It was a $12 sandwich! I told her to tell the people working tomorrow that I will get the sandwich out of the trash and be back with it tomorrow. So, 1- Absolutely disgusted to find hair in my sandwich 2- Very disappointed with the way they dealt with the situation"

"Skowhegan just got their third strike. I will never be going back. Ordered 3 pro sandwiches. 1 came close to being pro... the other 2 were not even at the regular status. With the prices they are charging now, they should make them the way they are ordered. Madison location does a much better job. Only had 1 slight problem with Madison. Madison Subway is more personable as well. Unfortunately you have to highlight a star to leave a post. Otherwise there would be none. The $10-20... is per person. More like $15-20 when ordering pros."
