"I contacted dealership on 7/9 with a cash offer on a vehicle they had for sale. I am almost 9 hours away so I could not just drive over and handle in person. I followed up daily (emailed, texted & called) and was unable to get any help. Was told on 7/12 by Kenny that “my boss sold both units”. Then on 7/17 I was told the deal fell through. Again I made a cash offer.. every day for 4 days. No response. Then again today I get a “my boss sold the unit” again. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Horrible communication and customer service. ************************************************** I just tried to call your General Manager, per your response and there was no answer.. went to voicemail and I could not leave a message because the mailbox is full. Another example of a complete failure on every level I’ve experienced so far."
