"Didn't have what I needed, and that's okay. What's not okay is the general sexism that happens when I walk into any of these locations. Males get greeted and asked for assistance, females get ignored until you walk out the door. Kind gent asked if I needed help and pointed me to the aisle I had already found unassisted, as I was about to walk out of the store."

"Couldn't be nicer. Great experience in the paint department. They helped a new homeowner learn about basics of selecting primer and paint and we even had help carrying items out to the car."

"It's really sad when you go to a hardware store and there is more then 5 people working and you cant get any help, when you ask for help you get told wait a minute and the worker never comes back. I would rather go shop a lowes then have to come back to SW collins. Service is horrible and the workers are rude."
