"Tonight I'm on a little adventure in my new home city. My first stop is The Hill, Beer & Wine Garden. Their lengthy list of "Euro" beers was extremely enticing. I had the Paulaner Hefe-Weizen and Fiddlehead IPA. The latter has a lot of personality and I highly recommend! I'm not sure if I'll go anywhere else tonight as I'm already making new friends and feeling comfy and cozy... Cheers to Kevin and to Troy, the home of Uncle Sam!"

"After visiting world famous establishments like The Shed at Dulwich, I looked for a place that was a bit more authentic. After visiting the hill, I found such a place. The bartender and host Jon did a great time explaining the different beers to me. He said that he has tried each beer at least a dozen times before putting them on tap in order to ensure that only the finest are on tap. Jon was very accommodating and refilled my water multiple times. I was amazed by the food specifically the Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich."

"We were there early for tree lighting & they were gracious enough to let us in & serve us some Christmas cheer. Didn't have food so no comment."

"Entrees were good. Appetizer was excellent, but they didn’t give us enough sauce foe the fried pickles. Rice flour cookie dough desert was weird, but I had enough cocktails to enjoy it. Our server needed deodorant (to be fair, it was hot out) but they warned us about dessert, so free pass. Their garden has historically been prettier than it was when we visited, which was in late summer (just getting around to posting a bunch of reviews from my Notes app). Great date spot for Troy, as it has the best patio."

"Very home-y style, went there with a bunch of friends this past weekend and John, the owner, was very accommodating! The beer selection is fantastic, and you can order a full liter! There is outdoor seating with patio heaters for the winter months, but inside was very comfortable. We're all planning on coming by again soon!"
