"How do I start this man is the most unprofessional tax account that I've ever encountered. Back in 2016 I had this gentleman file my taxes now 2020 I received a an audit from the state of Mass Stadium. about 40 something thousand dollars were not reported on the State filing. So I contact him explain what happened my findings I forwarded a few evidence of where he made a mistake so instead of him admitting that he made a mistake 4 years later in understanding the situation where I accumulated about for $500 of interest because of his negligence he instead refused 2 cover his part of the mistake. Towards the end he got agitated and defensive about the fact that he was responsible for the interest that was applied to my account due to his lack off attention so he's solution was to hang up the phone on me and never returned my calls plus and left me with a $500 interest applied and told me that I should pay for this and to take a loss. I run a business myself and I could never tell my clients that if I made a mistake and it was caused by me I will blame them for their mistake and have them either bill due to my lack of professionalism he's very unprofessional disrespectful in Eragon I would not recommend this person please be very careful because once something goes bad he will bail on you. I will tell my friends and people that I know to never use him again neither should you."
