"DO NOT USE H&R they did my taxes wrong and gave me the wrong information and the wrong amount. And the guy that did my taxes had no idea what he was doing and it took him like 3 trips to the office to finish it and he kept changing the numbers every 5 minutes and than when they tried to fix their mistake they said they would refund me for the fee I paid that was back in April and I’m still waiting for the refund. Every time I call they say we don’t have access and that they will call me back and they never do. I will never go there again. And I don’t recommend it at all. I could’ve done it wrong myself but I thought let’s go to the professionals… so much for that."

"Terrible experience. The person did not how to enter the information to do filing part in NY and part MA. He called for help to Lawrence office and North Andover and the woman on the phone kept making fun of him saying "why are you calling meeee" we could hear everything.... she kept mocking him. The guy working with us said he did not have experience filing for NY so he had someone called Charlie looked at it and said it was fine but then when he was going over it with us it did not make any sense we were taxed twice and somehow end up owing 700. He tried calling this Charlie person but he never called back to help him. Nobody at the office ever asked him if he needed help. There were two other women who didnt even care and there was another woman in the cubicle in front of us speaking Spanish over the phone telling someone else about us and all our "issues". Im hispanic could hear her talking about us outloud..... after hours of being pn our second visit, someone recommended him to tell us that we needed to file for an extension and ask my employer for another w2 because it was printed incorrectly and now we needed to pay for the extension right away. We kept asking him to try work it out that my w2 was not incorrect but he was equally frustrated and apparently clueless so he told us that it would be better for us to take our stuff and file somewhere else..... Very frustrating, specially for a couple with a baby on a stroller and me being pregnant waiting and waiting on someone that is not well trained to handle this cases and zero support from management. Don't go there.... try another office at least"
