"What a terrible accounting office. I ended up owing $1100 in 2021 (Thanks trump!) and and I received a bill in the mail from the IRS stating I owe $842 more because this office said I got a tax credit I didn’t actually receive. But wait! It gets better! In July 2022 I received ANOTHER letter, this time from NYS tax & finance stating I owe $325 MORE this year because right underpaid. All said and done I paid $1100 IN ADDITION to the $1100 I originally owed. I’m not really sure what exactly my account did but one thing is for sure. They’re going to get an earful from me and they’ll never get my business or recommendation ever again. I go to an accountant to not have to deal with the headache of filing taxes. L&B have created the biggest headache I’ve ever had doing taxes in my entire working career. Not to mention they’re WAY overpriced. $245 for basic tax return. I’ll also be asking if I can get a refund this year, seeing as they didn’t actually do their job. Screw this office. Go to Jackson Hewitt or Liberty Tax. Don’t waste your time with this awful service."
