"Entrees are always good, chips are always stale and awful, which sucks cause the guac is always on point. Only time I’ve been disappointed out of the many times I’ve been is undercooked rice , perhaps they rushed it out because they were busy? Dining areas could usually use some cleaning but the foods great so I don’t mind Employees are always super nice"
"This place is so nasty and disgusting. The area where the food is, super nasty, filthy with old food spilling over into each other. No one is taking the time to wipe off the counter top where the food is. Took a video and is sending it the health department. This location needs a new manager and or a purge of the current staff. The server was so skimpish on the portion, what is his problem I figured they don’t want to keep cooking so they give 2-3 pieces of chicken a few grains of rice etc, bought 3 burrito bowls I could have eaten all three myself."
"Order online unless you don’t care if they’ll provide their whole menu to you as a walk-in customer. They only have chips for online orders tonight, meanwhile I’m staring at a mountain of un-bagged chips that just haven’t been portioned out into bags yet which could easily be remedied by having someone bag the chips instead of standing at the register while no customer is there to pay…. Not the best impression to make on walk-in customers, that they don’t mean as much as online orders."
"Had an online order and this is what I got. The online order line consistently lets you down. Less than half a bowl. Yikes."
"Went the other night on my break and paid $12 and some change for basically a ball of tortilla . They are extremely skimpy with the servings and when you ask for a little more they are skimpy with that as well. Ate in in basically three bites from how small it was. Prices are higher than my local one in Glenville. Service wasn’t that bad but definitely recommend the one in Glenville. Service is a lot better and you actually are getting what you’re paying for."
