"I hate to edit my original 5 star review but my tax preparer of 17 years retired and I was not allowed to see the preparers she recommended. The gentleman I was assigned was sweet and respectful, however, I have little to no confidence that my taxes were done correctly. I have never been more worried about being contacted by the IRS before. The other individuals I dealt with in store and over the phone were cold, short and dismissive. After all this time, I feel the need to do my taxes elsewhere next year."
