"This location is basically a scam. They rescheduled my appointment multiple times, then simply cancelled it and told us to drop off our paperwork because they would get to it faster this way. After dropping off the paperwork and being assured multiple times not to worry, I then called on tax day for an update, only to be told that nothing was filed and they couldn't do it. We had a family friend help us with filing at the last minute because of their incompetence. They also tried to upsell us and tell us our taxes were complicated. Family friend told us they were full of it, nothing complicated about our taxes. Glad we never gave them a cent. Will be filing ourselves next year, this place is absolutely not worth the hassle."

"Normally I have a great experience at this location Jodi C my tax pro is awesome . Have had my taxes done here for at least the past 6 or 7 years. This year I dropped my taxes off on 03/05 and I called the office numerous times to see when they would be ready to pick up I got a text that I had an appt on 04/05 and called the office as I couldn't make that appt but was told I did not need to come in because that was the day they would start working on my taxes. Here it is 04/24/2023 and I don't know if my 2022 taxes were even filed by the deadline of 04/18/2023, and I have never been late filing my taxes. If they were not filed on time its NOT my fault and I respectfully request that you absorb any penalty fee that I may be charged. This is not acceptable customer service and I also request a discount on the preparation of my taxes due to this issue. I would give 0 stars if there were an option"

"This has been the single worst tax filing experience I’ve ever had. The accountants were completely unavailable and failed to file our taxes on time and never even notified us. After submitting all of our documents online in March someone from the branch called me and asked to drop off additional documents the next day. I pull into the parking lot and an accountant comes out and tells me they’re closed. We had a back and forth because I was specifically told to drop off the documents and I was confused because they showed as open online. The accountant eventually took my papers and I never heard from them again. We sent multiple messages and phone calls only to find that the branch is “temporarily closed”. The night of the tax deadline we were forced to file for a tax extension having no idea what was going on with our taxes. After a failed attempt with HR Block customer service to secure us a call back appt., we went to a nearby branch. They wanted to charge us the full $400 fee to file! I’ve since had 3 case numbers open to dispute this. There are seemingly no repercussions for failing to file taxes on time. I wish I could give this company 0 Stars."
