"signed up to do a service that is suppose to be 15 mins to complete my taxes. had to stay around 2 hours instead. man i worked with was by himself, mistakes were made that needed my help during the process to correct. parking lot was closed - had to find&pay for parking. he took two phone calls while handling my personal information. got me the same return amount that i would have gotten doing my own taxes… 2/5 atleast the taxes were done… for double the price and so much longer than expected..and promised direct deposit was set up it was only set up for the federal…just received the state in mail."
