"Went there in 2020 because my usual place was closed due to COVID. Recently got a notice that I was audited and owed MA $5050. The lady that did my taxes was Jennifer Froebel. So I went back to have them help me figure this out. Met with the owner Saqib Tasneem who, after going over it for 40 minutes, rescheduled me to meet with the supervisor the next week because he was unable to find a mistake. The lady called later and confirmed. I went back on the confirmed day and time but the office door was closed, the lights were off and after 30 min of waiting I left. I then went somewhere else and after going over a copy of the tax return for 5 minutes they were stunned. There were so so many mistakes. My husbands annual income had been added twice. The withholdings for MA were listed under CT and those for CT were under MA. My one dependent was not claimed. And there were a few other numbers that just did not add up. Needless to say we do not owe any money but actually will get money back for the unclaimed child. So now I am trying to get someone from the Northampton office to get back to me to demand my money back. So far - no luck. I'm not holding my breath. This was a very upsetting experience and I would never ever recommend them to anyone. The amount of running around, the anxiety and phone calls to the IRS is not something I'd wish on anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE!!!"
