"Very unprofessional & highly overpriced. Jackson Hewitt loves to take advantage of their clientele the fact that they would charge $600 for 3 W2’s alone no dependents , property etc is beyond disturbing. I went to two other places with 4 W2’s in two states and haven’t paid more than $200. The price is one component the staff’s professionalism is another. Atmosphere is dry, agent was leaning back in his chair like he didn’t want to be there, sweatpants, sweatshirt not really presentable first impressions are everything and he clearly didn’t care, also not a warm presence at all. When asked about the price he was highly offended and rude rolled his eyes, yelled , made mimicking hand motions. Working in customer service I know theres a way to express to the client in a professional manner without being dismissive and unprofessional which the agent (I believe his name is Tavir) wasn’t able to conduct himself professionally . If I was the owner and manager I would be appalled. This is not how I would conduct my business and not who I would want to have business relations with. I Would highly suggest another establishment to do taxes that are more professional, the staff isn’t disrespectful & prices aren’t extreme."

"Tavaris Boone at the Cohoes, NY office was Outstanding!! I had a bad experience last year or maybe it was the year before that but let me tell you!! He definitely made up for that!! I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable!! He was funny, serious when needed to be. He explained everything to my understanding and gave me tips for next year.
