"Stopped at this location and opened up a new savings account. There were 4 employees standing around in the lobby/main area, while there was one teller helping people and another teller behind her helping her over her shoulder. What are these people paid to do? To stand in the lobby and say hi, how are you, when there are people waiting in a long line? They appear to be managers, but aren’t doing any work!"
