"This review is for the Pharmacy only. I asked the Pharmacy manager Dana if there was a way to keep my private medical information secure and he said not really. Then when I asked about what information is needed to pick up my subscription and a safe way to do this he said there isn't a safe way. Dana then suggested that I go back to CVS if I don't want to give out my private information. I agreed and will not be using this Pharmacy ever again."

"There bakery staff management are very lousy employees. I put in a order for a cake and they told me that they would call me when it was going to be ready and never did so I called and they said that it was ready at 820pm but they closed at 9pm I got there at 838pm and no one was there so called again and after they rejected my call 3x they finally decided to pickup they told I would have to come back the next day because there was nobody from bakery when I literally had spoken to them 15min ago and let them know I was on my way like how rude and disrespectful they gave me no cake or refund nothing this was the one on Corbin in new britain Connecticut"

"Stop n shop should be ashamed of themselves for how they handled the transfer of prescriptions from the closed Rite Aid in Whiting NJ FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO DISCREDIT STOP N SHOP AND PERSUADE PEOPLE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE. SHAME ON THE PHARMACIST WHO HAVE ZERO BACKBONE AND ONLY THINK OF THEMSELVES."

"Sarah the manager at north attleboro, ma store doesn’t know with one penni what customers service means. She told me “i am the manger — nice try “ When i was talking to the one under her management he honored it for me . By the way it was 1$ discount, not even talking about her — she came up to me and said “ if you wanna say something talk to me” i have been in customer service for years and never seen a horrible person like her, i am a loyal customer to stop and shop for more than 10 years. For the second day in a row, my brother went to ask for something on your website to be discounted from 2.49$ to 1.99$. First she said that this needed to be added one hour before, she actually saw that i added the night before on my phone. She said well, it’s not the right store or whatever, i am not doing it for you . When another store manager came to do it for us she looked at him and said no , the other manager was in a red face and couldn’t do anything for her. I am calling the corporate on her. She is a horrible human being. Choose you employee wisely or you will lose a lot. I have never seen in my life someone like this trash."

"Stop and shop is useless , my card was cloned because of a global computer issue they had. My cloned card was used in Texas . I lost over $300.00 and have no idea if any of my personal information such as my SS# bank information etc. was compromised. Stop and shop said they had no idea what information was taken. They refuse to help with a lifelock subscription and refuse to reimburse any money. They cause this mess not me !!!! They call it CUSTOMER CARE .....ITS MORE LIKE THEY DON'T CARE"
