"Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had in this location I walked in and the associate in the front doesn’t even acknowledge me coming in .. I walk towards the isle to seek a product I am clearly confused and asked for help no one said anything .. finally dude shows up from break he was actually helpful .. to top It off I was looking for help and got no where with these folks very dissatisfied going to the Salem NH location they actually help ppl there"

"I went there about a week ago and not knowing anything about CBD and I tried it for a few days and nothing happened. So I called and was told that they would exchange it for a higher dosage. Today I came in with my slip and the bottle and they wanted to give me a larger dosage which would cost another $20 which was not the deal. Exchange means substitute this was not a substitute. I wasn't going to pay $60 will I already paid $40 so I got a refund. No one wants to take responsibility for what was promised me. I feel like they took an advantage of my lack of knowledge of the product. In fact when I went there, I was not explained the difference in dosages and their impact on me. Education is very important. The lack of education is despicable. They may have good products and they may have good customer service to other people but I can't say that they did with me. Based on my experience with him, I would not recommend an uninformed consumer to go shopping at this facility. And I would be more than glad if anyone has any questions to give you more details about how bad the experience was. Meanwhile, I would advise potential consumers not to visit this place and not to buy any products over there based on my experience based on pro customer service."

"Huge location with knowledgable staff. Spoke with one worker who knew her stuff. Joked around with both workers while checking-out and they were very friendly. Was able to walk in and walk out in under 15 mins with help. Expect a longer visit if you dont like asking the store clerks for help locating what you want because this location is SO mich bigger with SO much more product than you realize from outside. Also, good prices, better prices than GNC, and an available free rewards program. I signed up for the rewards program while i was there, and they just needed name, email and zip code."
