Star Market

"I used to love coming here but now after contacting someone 3 times about my delivery issue I feel different. I never got my money back after a delivery person only dropped off 3 of 7 bags that I ordered from this Star Market. I contacted someone from the company on the phone and since they were having issues with their computer they told me to call the store. I called the store and let them know which items I didn't have. It's over $100 worth. I was told it will be reviewed and it should come back into the account after a week I believe. Also, I think they said I'll receive an email about it being approved. (I am paraphrasing) I did not receive an email or my money back. I called maybe 3-4 weeks later and let them know what happened and they recorded which items were missing and told me I should get it back after a week. I never got it back. Does the store or company not believe that a delivery person can steal that many items or did your staff screw up? This store is going downhill slowly. It's not as good."

"The pick up service needs improvement. Two weeks in a row bags of groceries were missing from my pick up order. When I came back to the store my refrigerator items were just sitting on the counter without my order sticker on the outside of the bag. For a service that is supposed to make shopping easier it is actually unreliable."

"It's overall a good grocery store. Always has good availability, clean, etc. However, the staff can be ridiculously rude. Every time I have an interaction with Roandy in particular, I'm left debating if I should even go back to this location or start shopping elsewhere. He's incredibly rude and on my last visit and went as far as to mock me in front of his coworker for simple things like asking for a bag. It's fine if he wants to be rude and ignore you completely when you say "Hi, how are you" but it's another thing to mock someone over a simple request..."

"The Star Market is usually pretty good, especially after it was renovated a few years ago. The self checkout machines (and software interface specifically) make the experience much better than other supermarket competitors in the area. However, many times, there's a self checkout that's broken and it significantly slows down the process. I really wish they'd increase the number of self checkout machines and staff them better. Besides broken machines, there's nothing worse than someone who needs help and there's no one to help them. 5/5 when the self checkout area is flowing. 3/5 if you have to wait in line to buy a couple items or a single bag of groceries."

"This is a great grocery store with lots of fresh and frozen options. It was a great option when staying near the area and I would definitely visit again. The space was clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and efficient."
