"I was very confused on where everything was and on top of that, this lady kept following me and trying to get in my way down EVERY isle making it even more harder for me to find things. I'm not trying to be mean about this store but come on. That woman made time out of her day to follow me around Hannaford and annoy me. If that's the type of customers you guys have, I'm not going to be a common customer. I'd rather not put up with that ever again. That person was being ridiculous."
"Ultra clean, modern, welcoming atmosphere with spacious aisles and sensible merchandising, stocking. Easy to get around, understand what's where. Super premium quality meats, seafood and deli products. Well managed parking lots. Super speedy self pay checkout kiosks and rewards program. Well worth the overall 20% or so more than traditional, dated stores like Market Basket. Also, Hannaford has a deep commitment to community via charitable donations and other initiatives."
