"To.me the most important thing is when there is a mistake made a store will rectify the problem This store in Clifton Park was exceptional- a mistake was made on my custom order- they delivered wrong couch/wrong color- I went into the store to pick the right couch/right color- told me to hold on to other until mine arrived- I will definitely highly recommend them. Manager was such a pleasure to deal with"

"Great selection of produce and other items. Friendly staff. -1 star: Have purchased live lobsters from here before. While I did receive a refund when the lobsters all died within 10 minutes, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen live lobsters mixed in with dead ones, which is very concerning. While the price on live lobster is competitive, I’ll happily pay more to not get sick. -1 star: Bottle return is very consistently down, making it impossible to return bottles/cans. (Customer service desk only accepts 20 at a time.) Which I’m assuming is a NYS violation? Not positive though. Hopefully management sees this and improves on these points."
"This used to be my go to supermarket. There is a Citizens Bank within the supermarket and I worked there part time in the bank for 4 years while I was in college. I felt the food here was fresh and I stopped there everyday so I got all the ingredients fresh. However as time passed and I stopped doing the grocery shopping and in between things changed and my choice was all over the place. It was courtesy of Hannaford that I found out that all the fresh fruits and vegetables are coated with wax. That is when I made sure that I either wash my fruits really well or peel the skin before i eat them. Compared to other supermarkets the isles are spaced better. They have the rewards program so feel free to sign up if you shop there often."
