"I think the pharmacy has gone down since they moved. I called 3 days ago to tell them I needed my refills 3-days ago. First I was told one medication a new prescription and the other one had refills remaining. I called my Dr. to get a refill and they told me I was all set. I then talked to Mass. Packs and they told me the other prescription actually needed a new refill. So I then called there office, they told me I was all set. I called today since 10:30 a.m. and it's now 12:52 to be exact. THIS IS MY NEW COMPLAINT: they are open and no one answers the phone, I am trying to tell if my medication is being delivered, no one answers the phone and then you go to some extension to leave a message. I just need to know if the medication has gone out for delivery or not. I think I will go back to C.V.S. This is horrid ! What the hell kind of business, treat customers this way."
