"Terrible customer service. I was rejected for vaccination and was not explained why. Pharmacist kept ignoring me, never returned me my license and insurance and left helping others, who arrived after me. 15 min later I was finally returned my license and insurance and still never explained why the vaccination was rejected. Gave me a paper without my name on it, how do I know it’s applicable to me? Just overall BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t go here if you can. They need a new pharmacist, who will at LEAST try helping and taking time to address 1 customer concern instead of jumping from one to another person. Terrible multitasking skills. I have always had great experience in other Walgreens stores, but this was not acceptable at all. I visited the store in April 27th at 7:00PM."
