"Not a helpful pharmacy. Would love for the pharmacy team go through training for resourcefulness when a patient has a problem that needs to be resolved. They hit a wall and throw their hands up and feel that is an appropriate solution instead of seeing the problem through. Patient should ALWAYS come first and there should not be a back and forth with the medical team that is trying to care of patients. Please remember that when your team is filling prescriptions and run into a snag."

"Although they have a decent selection and easy to navigate the store, it takes longer to check out than it does to complete your shopping. The customer service is absolutely the worst. They hold you hostage attempting to check out. Now that Market Basket is open, I'll be taking my business to them. It's a little out of the way but they have far better customer service as well as selection and price. All registers are open and get you out quickly. Stop & Shop could learn from them."

"The pharmacist was so rude on the phone. And they take weeks for a refill to get done. I used to go to Walgreens but moved and don’t know the area and saw they had a pharmacy. Found out there is a Walgreens near by so did the transfer and they were fast and polite and over all the best customer service. Stop and shop should learn from Walgreens how to run a real pharmacy and give the optimal customer service experience."

"There have been times when the temporary/fill-in pharmacy techs seem a little clueless but the pharmacists and full-time techs are incredibly helpful. They recognize my family and often start to pull out our prescriptions before we verify our names and dates of birth. Whenever I've needed a suggestion or had them reach out to a doctor to obtain a refill, they've done so without issue. I use this pharmacy whenever my insurance doesn't require us to use their mail order option."
