"This place has gone to heck in a handbasket since they switched from rite aid to Walgreens. Every week there are brand new receptionists who seemingly arent trained on how to do their jobs. Ive repeatedly (5-6 times) been sent away after being told they cant find my prescriptions or refills, or because they botched the spelling on a med. After awhile i realized they just dont know what they are doing and if i want to get my meds i have to be a karen and keep insisting to speak to someone higher up. This keeps happening, almost every time i go in to pick up my meds i can expect some hiccup. its an absolute disaster in there."
"Since it changed over to Walgreens from Rite Aid the pharmacy hasn't been as great. The pharmacist are very friendly but I think it might just be the company. I have longer waits and at times have to jump through hoops to get a order."

"A pharmacy worker yelled my personal medical message from my Doctor a out a medicine I had so loud my deceased relatives could hear my business from their graves.She could of told the one that got my medicine for me the message instead of yelling that very loudly.He was standing right their,He could of relayed the message to me."
