"The Walmart pharmacy on Hoosick Road in Brunswick, NY, unlike the better part of the rest of the store, is staffed with competent professionals. A problem with this store is that a growing number of items (flashlights, shaving cream, toe nail clippers) are being placed behind locked glass security doors, meaning you'll have to pester an associate to open these doors, then stand there while you decide which item to buy, making both parties feel stupid. Instead, they should put ALL such items in one closely-watched area. C'mon, Walmart: when are you gonna finally get the hang of retail? I guarantee that this insultingly distrustful practice is costing you more in sales than it's preventing in theft (something about which I'm sure Target is grateful)."

I needed meds urgently and not only did she call me personally to tell me she got the prescription but she also got them filled in TEN MINUTES!
