"We bought a stove from them 3 years ago. It is out of warrantee. The arctic -20 cold snap and the power outage caused the stove to fail. Parts for fix it were not available and this is the primary heating for my home. Here is the bottom line. When we spoke with the owner of Mckinney he went above and beyond to find a solution and did everything possible to get me back up and running. We could not have asked for better service.
