"We visited Roughpoint today. Slightly disappointed for $25 per person. The hedges were overgrown. Flowers were pretty and many in bloom. This was a highlight. The home tour was nice but the arrows for direction were very confusing. The Newport Restoration audio app was AWFUL for Android. The app is cumbersome and stops in middle of narration (multiple times) on both of our Android phones. We paid good money for this home tour and expected an excellent audio experience. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Lastly, the young man ("M") at the entrance seemed to really hate his job. Perhaps it was a bad day for him but he shouldn't be snarky with families asking questions. There is definite room for improvement. My hope is you take these comments to heart and correct the concerns."
