"Extremely RACIST. There was a blackout at the store and my family members were asked to leave. When they left the store, they sat in the car and waited for the lights to come back on. It was then that they realized that other, white, customers had not been asked to leave and more were being let in. I complained repeatedly to Joann Fabrics customer service number and was told that someone would get back to me. Nobody did. Do not shop there."

"Wow you go to this place and ask for something that other places don't have it and the salespeople are so knowledgeable that I got so amazed. I was looking for a snake button my son lost from one of his shirts, so he asked me if I could fix it... And me the fix everything said yes... I had to buy a tool as well. Thank God for that salesperson she told me you are buying the wrong tool for that specific one she showed me what I needed. The fabric are so beautiful and they have so many good easy templates and DIY. I recommend this place."

"I have always liked Joann's and the employees are nice. However, I am giving them three stars today because the last few times I went they're price check machines have been down and the last time I went they were no longer there at all. It can be very hard to tell how much things cost, especially when you buy seasonal. I had a few items with no price and no label on the shelf so I asked an associate working there and one of the items she said was a different price then I paid. Because I thought it was a different price I lost out on using a coupon and I ended up paying full price for something without realizing because of poor signage. Very disappointing..."

"I love Joann's! From the coupons to the sales to the close proximity to home, I know I can jump online and order what I want to easily pick it up. The store is always clean and decently clean. The best and most helpful cashier I've met there is a gal named Diane L! I see her there alot and she's always cheerful and interested in what I'm making. Diane L...you rock!!!"
