"After an unexpected dead battery, I went there for their free battery/alternator/starter testing, and they were happy to do it. Luckily they found nothing wrong, the tech explained that it was most likely a parasitic drain issue, which is "a nightmare to try to find." (This happened once before about a year ago, and again, the dealer couldn't find anything wrong). I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, which makes me inclined to go there when I actually DO need something. Thanks!"
