"By far the best Echo and Husqvarna dealer in upstate NY by leaps and bounds! Russ is your classic local small business owner, he stands behind his products and when he says something he means it. I am a firm believer that after sales support is as or more important than the sale itself. I had an issue with another local (larger) Echo dealer who alleged bad gas. Long story short, I ended up taking it to Goyer’s who didn’t even sell me the saw and Russ was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make the necessary adjustments. The saw runs amazing now and he has 100% gained a customer for life. Honestly this little store is one of the best kept secrets, I would rather travel 2 hours to Goyer's then go to another dealer. Just a phenomenal experience!"
"Bought a new Echo chainsaw from Goyer’s and it was a great experience and great saw. A year later I went back with a problem that I caused and he just stood there, pulled out his tools, and had it back to running again in a few minutes and didn’t ask me for any money for his work. He just thanked me for buying from Goyer’s. I did leave him some “coffee money” but the point is that he takes care of his customers. Best place I’ve found for small engine purchase and repair. Highly recommend this place."
