"The tile was fine, however, I am a well "seasoned" senior and I feel I experienced senior "abuse". Specifically over-selling product. I relied on the sales person (Liz) to assist me in ordering the correct amount of tile to be used for my project. I gave her exact dimensions for the project. (porch of cottage). She suggested I needed 5 boxes. but I could order 6 boxes. Based on her "professiinal "recommendation, I ordered 6 boxes. I ended up with a full box and 4 individual tiles (12"X24"). I returned to the store to return unused full box and she refused to refund my money. This was not a special order . The tiles were in stock from the distributor??? who they refused to disclose to me??? I was told they have never returned tile to this distributor.??? A few other disturbing, and suspicious comments were made to me during our converstion."

Karpet Kare came two hours early on the scheduled day without notice, entered our home without us in it, and when we found them shortly thereafter, we told them they would have to wait while my wife went to ready the space. They went outside while she was cleaning and left without saying a word to us. When I called the company to untangle why we weren't notified of the last minute rescheduling in the first place, and what happened to their cleaner, and what they were going to do about it, they were just as bad. Unreliable and unprofessional. There are many good carpet cleaners on Martha's Vineyard to do business with who respect the customer's time and needs."
