"I was able to order and pay for what I wanted quickly. You go around the back and they load the car for you. Nice touch and convienent compared to the "box stores." It's also nearby. However, be aware that they close at 4:00 p.m. during the winter months which are in effect now."

"Concord Lumber’s ineptitude has set our project back at two months so far. They ordered a window for us without window jams. We have ordered 32 windows before for our house our in-laws have ordered 27 windows for their house and even our contractor has never heard of a window coming without jam. They don’t return emails they don’t return phone calls and the phone isn’t usually answered anyway. Maybe they treat contractors better, I don’t know. But if you are a homeowner you’re sadly better off in a big box store."
