If you even need anything she is the one to go to."

"The staff is unhelpful and rude. We just needed the part that we ordered a week ago and they refused to help us. Stephanie and Clayton should not be working with customers - they need to be in a back office because they don’t know anything about customer service! It seem that they forgot to order the part and covered it up with a lie that FedEx lost it. Stephanie said “Go buy some Fans” during this heat wave, knowing that we have two small kids, younger is an infant. She is the one who most likely forgot to order the part. So rude and so unprofessional!!! Clayton would not not return our calls! And all we wanted is the tracking number for the part. We bought the HVAC system from them 2y ago, the least they could do is help us get the part to fix a new system as soon as possible. Air quality is so bad but we must keep windows open because it gets close to 90F inside the house during the day. The worst part of all - is being under the warranty and after a WEEK under heatwave with broken HVAC we are charged $200 for express delivery! Express delivery ?! What a miserable place with miserable people working there. The Staff at this location (Framingham) are Absolute horrible human beings!!! What goes around comes around Stephanie and the staff who could but refused to help us! No decent human being does what you ALL did!"

"My water heater died suddenly and I urgently needed to find a replacement in order to keep the family happy. The staff were able to find the exact replacement unit in their CT warehouse and then they worked closely with the warehouse to expedite the shipping so it was delivered ahead of schedule and just in time for the plumber to install. They provided great customer service and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them."

"To all truck drivers that have to come here beware it is a very tight spot to get in the location. You will have to open the gate all the way and you can spin inside to back into dock. Just stay real tight and your be okay. Other then that the people are nice; unloading is a little slow but they will get you out within an hour or 2."

"I called ahead with the name o the plumbing company that sent me there to get April Aire Filters and they knew what I wanted and told me how to get to Portland, on Franklin,there off of 126, how to avoid one way streets. With all that help to get there you assume they have the filters. Got there, brought filters in and they said ,"We don't carry them." Without apology and with a straight face...like , sorry lady, and then they told me to go to another place in Framngham, so full of hope, off I went...got there , and they said, they are thinking of carry them and told e to go to Southboro or Marlboro. I was a little sad , since I don't do much drviing... but now I feel sorry for the people who have such jobs ....Just think about it, old dirty places to work in, thousands of parts and things, people who want service today,if possibl I know the AprilAire Filters are on line... And it is the middle of summer, all too short summers...."
