"I have been taking my dog to K9 groomers for several years and Jen does the best job. Riley loves it there and she seems to have no complaints at all with my dog. I’m very pleased and happy when I pick Riley up at the end of the day."

"We love K9 corner! We had 2 very nervous malinois and they have always been so great with them. We definitely recommend."

"Listen, this place is by far the greatest place to have your dog groomed. I have a German shepherd that sheds his fur everywhere, everywhere, but they did such a good job that over a month later he's hardly shedding, he looks great and still smells good. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed."

"We had used them periodically in the past without incident. However, 2 weeks ago our 12 year old lab came home with two cuts on her side near her hind leg. She was still bleeding when she came home. The owner suggested she had bug bites and that the scab was rubbed off during bathing. However, my husband and I thought otherwise. As a precaution, my husband immediately brought our dog to the vet. Vet confirmed at least one of the cuts was a fresh laceration and neither were a bug bite. Our dog was prescribed an antibiotic for 12 days and we were given cleansing pads for the wounds. My husband brought a note from the vet to K9 the next business day. The owner continued to deny that the wounds could have occurred there. She originally denied telling him they were bug bites, claiming she is not a vet and can not diagnose animals, however, went on to admit her original statements. Ultimately the conversation ended with the suggestion that our dog had the wounds when we brought her there. In an attempt to get to the bottom of this, I contacted the owner myself. During that conversation, her story changed several times as well. She gave similar suggestions to me as she did to my husband as to what could have happened to our dog, none of which included the possibility that our dog could have been injured at her establishment. Some of the suggestions were just downright ridiculous. At no time was an apology offered. In speaking with the owner, both my husband and I questioned her as to why we weren’t notified once staff discovered the wounds rather than at pick up. She claimed that they weren’t of significant concern at the time. My husband and I are reasonable people. We would have been understanding had we been informed immediately or had we received some form of acknowledgement by the owner, especially once presented with a note from the vet, even to the mere possibility of the injuries occurring at K9. Instead we were met with excuses, retractions, and blame. I would like to note that our discussions with the owner were not contentious, rather, just disappointing and frustrating. In the least, we are disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism by the owner and lack of customer service. Mostly, we are disappointed and frustrated that our dog has been injured. Unfortunately, we can not support this business and we want to prevent other animals from being injured and other owners from having this experience."

"I️ brought my very dirty white standard poodle there and self-washed him in one of the tubs setup for the the “do it-yourselfers”. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. The place was clean, and I️ observed the owner grooming a dog and she was very gentle and loving towards the animal. I️ will definitely go back."
