"Renee and her team are totally amazing! Our Fox Terrier is a very anxious little girl. Shortly after we adopted her from rescue, it became clear that she suffered from severe separation anxiety as well. We began working with a Fear Free trainer to help her overcome it, but it was a really long process (about two years) and progress was very slow. Meanwhile, she needed regular grooming, but I was really nervous about bringing her to a groomer, and our trainer had some specific requirements (no crating, no being left alone, etc) for the grooming process. Renee arranged to meet us alone in her studio for Stella's first visit, and she was so supportive of Stella and all of her requirements. Fast forward two years, and Stella goes to Renee about every two months and does awesome. I wouldn't take her anywhere else for her grooming, and I'm so thankful to have found Renee."

"Our 1-year old Bichon Frise, Nelson, just had his first appointment with Renee and she did a fantastic job. Nelson has had almost constant ear gunk problems since we got him. Vet has helped some but Renee was able to clean them out and only charged a modest fee to do so. Nelson looks great and we are ecstatic that his ears are so much better. I was very impressed that Renee spent about 10 minutes with us at the start of the appointment — socially-distanced outside, of course — to learn a little about Nelson and then spent another 10 minutes when we picked him up to discuss the appointment and what to do now. Our experience with Renee was professional, thorough and friendly. We will definitely be going back even though we live almost 1/2 hour away."
