"Too many dogs crammed into a small space. It’s dingy - My poor yorkie was traumatized after his visit here. His haircut was good but he acted weird for 2 days after. He’s usually very outgoing and playful. Don’t recommend."

"My wife called only to ask about possible accommodations (specifically how the wait times worked and if we could wait with our dog) for my elderly dog who has epilepsy and is highly prone to seizures and to set an appointment. The woman who answered the phones response? "You should have called sooner if you're going to be picky about your dog". So trying to keep my dog alive is being picky? Scum of the earth, shouldn't be working with dogs or customers. I will never do business with a groomer who trivializes my dogs life ."
