"I went to get my nails done for the first time here and 2 days later I had 4 broken nails… I called and the lady laughed at me on the phone about my broken nail and then told me to come get them fixed… I get there and I get asked what I want to do about them… I said “idk what do you think? Because I don’t want u to fix the broken ones and the others ones break tmr” she gave me the worst attitude and proceeded to be rude and rough with me… she was hurting me the whole time while fixing them unapologetically… I was wicked upset. And even tho I shouldn’t have I gave her 10 dollars for fixing them for me. I usually don’t write reviews; but I am genuinely upset with how I was treated and about the service I received…"

"I have been going to this salon since they opened and have generally been happy and satisfied with the work they do. However, my last three visits have completely changed my opinion, no matter how nice the nails turn out. In visit 1/3, I requested a specific nail tech who is popular. They overbooked her and I had to wait 40 min with my nails wrapped as she took another client and finished her nails. I wasn’t thrilled, but the tech was very apologetic and did a nice job, so I didn’t say anything. The next visit (2/3), I scheduled with “anyone” so that wouldn’t happen to me again. I was scheduled with Sisi. Sisi did a nice job on my nails, however she was very rushed with the e-drill and knicked the skin on my left ring finger. There was a small cut and it didn’t bleed, so I chalked it up to the hazards of getting dip nails. My last visit was horrible. I requested Sisi, and yet again she was fast and careless with the electric file. This time, she managed to slice my fingertip and remove a chunk of skin from my finger. I was dripping blood from my finger. When this happened, there was NO apology - not from any staff, including the owners. She got liquid bandage and covered the wound, but it continued to bleed a bit under the liquid bandaid. She mostly covered the injury (tore a butterfly closure bandaid in half and put that over it) when doing my dip powder nails…until she got to the glitter dip, where she removed the bandaid and dipped my cut finger (w/liquid bandage) INTO THE DIP POWDER. Up until that point she had spooned the powder over the top. Throughout this ordeal, Sisi did not wear gloves when handling my blood. I did not see her wipe down or sterilize her station. When she finished my nails, Sisi offered a half hearted “sorry about your finger” as I paid. There was no other apology, offer for a discount, or anything. The staff was far more apologetic for making me wait 40 minutes than apology from getting an actual injury. The second and third photos are from immediately after I left the salon. "I love this place, they treat you like family here. Their work is superb, fair pricing and I always leave feeling brand new. I loveee getting my nails done and this is my go to place. Highly recommend to my friends and family."

"Went from BEST nail place to a place I will NEVER return to. A month or two I went to this place and was treated so well and got along great with Sissi. The other day I returned for my usual 3-week appointment and Sissi was incredibly RUDE and impatient, did not listen to what I was trying to ask for and overall had a bad experience. So sad that I have to find a new nail place now, when I thought I found this gem. WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND!"
