"This was my first time at this establishment. It took about 5 minutes to be shown to the pedicure chair that was…not so clean. I asked the tech to be careful with one of my toes because they grow oddly and I didn’t want him to accidentally cut me. After telling him that, he had to get someone for me to speak to who understood me. After that, the pedicure was fine. The manicure… I had to get gel removed and then wanted a regular manicure. The gel was removed for the most part. The nail color I selected was goopy and wet for ages after my manicure. The nails smudged before I even left. No one checked on me or my nails after they were done. Once I left, the nails smudged again just getting into the car (yes, I waited the recommended 10 minutes before leaving). After a few days, the nails were so chipped and the polish peeled so much that I had to get the color off. I removed the color one week later and my nails are completely stained. They are weak, peeling, and there’s still gel where it wasn’t removed properly. This will probably be a one and done for me."

"I did a gel pedicure and a gel x manicure. I didn’t wait at all to be serviced and they were very friendly and courteous. Kim took her time with my feet and was very thorough. Lan explained the gel x process with me in detail to ensure that was the service that I wanted. My nails came out really nice, will definitely be back."
