"My friend and I went into this nail salon and they really just didn’t do a good job. I asked for 2 of my nails to have a simple glitter on them but she put like 3 or 4 layers of glitter and now they look chunky. My friend went in and got black tips done on her nails and there was black nail polish smeared on the bottom near her cuticles and one hand was darker black while the other was lighter. Don’t get me wrong everyone here is super nice and they took us right away but we felt like they rushed through the whole process and they finished in 45 minutes. Definetly not worth it especially cause both sets were $50."

"My Wife goes to California Nails every 2 weeks and she loves them! She says they're the BEST in manchester! And she's been to all of them. She's very picky and never complains after leaving California nails! Amazing job! And she's never had to wait! As soon as you walk in they take you right to the chair and start no matter how busy they are! My wife has a chop saw injury on her right finger and they are so gentile she's gone there the entire 4 months she's been healing and they haven't hurt her once. Even though she can't bend her finger, they've done an amazing job!"

"If you are going to spend good money for your nails and want them to be done right, go to Boujee Nails and Spa instead! At Califoney nails you certainly DO NOT get what you pay for, they'll tell you they can do the nail art you want when they really can't, then treat you like dirt when you're paying top dollar. Back in August I went in and they had a really talented tech/artist (I forget her name), she did a great job, was patient and kind. I showed her a pic of a set I wanted for an October wedding I am going to. The design involves lots of charms and she told me they could do it but I would have to bring in the supplies because they didn't have everything needed for the design. Jump to today (10/14/23), I walk in to get the design I want with all the charms, snakeskin foil and gem stones needed for the design. I told them that I was told by an employee they could do my design if I brought the supplies and asked again if they could still do it, they said yes. I was asked to sit at table 2, so I did. I don't know what the woman's name is, but she is RUDE and a terrible nail tech. I pick out the base colors, and she starts to remove my old set. I told her that I would like coffin shape and that I DO NOT like thick acrylic nails. So, of course she literally GLOBS acrylic on my nails! When she is done making my nails thick and the wrong shape, she starts in on the gel polish. Again a disaster, didn't actually have the gel colors and metalic powder I had already picked out, so I had to waste time picking alternatives. She slaps the colors on haphazardly and now it's time for design. Did I mention she told me that my nails were going to cost $150 because they would take her a long time, and then had the audacity to get up and go outside to chit chat with another customer! I looked at the owner and said "I hope she's not charging me for her to stand outside and talk, cause she said the price of my nails is dependent on the time it takes", so he waved her back in. Back to design, she told me to pick out the charms for her so I start picking out the charms needed. Abruptly, she gets angry with me and tells me to pack everything up and leave because my nails are taking too long, she doesn't have time for me, doesn't want to do my nails anymore and no one else does either. She tells me it's already taken 2 hours to put nails on and color. I was confused about why she just went bipolar on me and said "it's not my fault it took you that long just to do that" and "I was told last time I came I could get this design if I brought all the supplies". She continued to berate me for no reason, like I was the problem and told me I owe $70. I said "Excuse me but my nails are half done and look like sh*t. Aren't you going to at least clean up all the powder and foil left on my skin?" she replied, "you can just go wash your hands". I told her "I'm paying for a service, and you did not provide the service, so I'm not paying $70, I will pay you $60". I get up, go wash my hands and head to check out.This nasty creature had the nerve to charge $70 anyway, when my nails were chunky, lumpy, uneven, the wrong shape and half done. I refused to sign the merchant copy, and asked for my card back and she would not give me my card till I signed. So I put an X on the line, then took my card back. She yelled at me that they have a camera, and to never come back. I laughed at her, told her that something must be wrong with her if she thinks I would ever come back and I didn't give a sh*t about their camera. I immediately walked out and went to Boujee nails, where they treated me kindly and graciously fixed my nail emergency. The wonderful tech who helped me, made me feel welcome. She felt so bad for me about my experience at California nails and literally laughed at that hack's work because it was so bad. She said "dont worry girl, I'll fix you up!" & she did. HUGE shout out to the HIGHLY SKILLED nail artists at Boujee nails for being awesome, kind to paying customers and for righting a wrong done by an inferior nail salon!"

"I went here for the FIRST time last Saturday and when I went I was waiting for about an hour, and once they finally sat me down they kept moving me from table to table. The first table I sat at the women asked what I wanted I told her, she got up and walked away from me and gave me to another lady… this lady rushed my nails, she cut me not once but twice. Once with the drill and once with the regular nail file. This women did NOT cut my real nails before putting on the tips, she rushed my nails they took about 20 minutes total I’ve never had nails take 20 minutes. This nail tech also wasn’t going to have me wash my nails before painting them, I had to ASK her if I needed to wash my hands and her response was “ohh… yeah wash your hands” within the WEEK of me having them I lost 4 nails.. FOUR NAILS IN A WEEK! Also, the rest of my nails are ALREADY LIFTING!! Never have I ever lost nails within the first week, I called and spoke to the manager and told him and all he said is he’d fix the nails that were broken, like NO I want a refund or a whole new set because the rest are lifting and all he said was “come in and we fix nails that are broke”. I am not happy and will NEVER come back here. Highly suggest no one goes here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND : signature nails and spa in concord on fort Eddy road over this place."
