"Reviewing on dip nails here- Quyen is the BEST! One, her attention to detail and perfection is one I haven’t seen from someone since I was probably in high school (aka like 10+ years ago). If you show her a picture, she will go above and beyond to replicate. Two, you don’t know what you want or looking for a little oomph? Tell her! She’ll work her magic and deliver happiness. Three, she’s FUN and an amazing human. I love talking with her during our appts. She always remembers little details about you, even if it’s been months. Four, my nails last seemingly forever after she’s done them. I’ve been on many vacations and they never break or lift. Lastly (five), she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy during your visit. I threw my back out after slipping on some ice and mentioned it to her, just because I was a little cranky, and she went to get me a comfy pillow to put behind my back while she did my nails. It honestly helped my back pain. Don’t walk but RUN here if you’re a dip/gel gal!"

"I had a dip manicure with tips done at this salon due to TipTech not having any availability that morning. $100 for this and I legitimately have now had to go back three separate times in the past 7 days since I got them done. One nail popped off 3 days after I got them done, then another on the 5th day and then last night. When I went in this morning Quin responded very rudely, "we will need to charge you full amount, its been over two weeks." Luckily I have the charge on my credit card showing that my nails were done by her on the 5th. Once that was recognized, she said, it's because I bite my nails. I do not bite my nails at all and told her not to accuse me of that due to a poor job on their end. $100 for a manicure, dip should last a minimum of 2 weeks. The fact that I had to go back on three separate occassions, 4 total times since getting them done last Wednesday is ABSOLUTELY absurd. To then try to blame it on a customer as well is just bad business. Im not doing manual labor all day for my nails to be popping off like that. I should be able to open my mailbox without a nail falling off. Dip manicures last anywhere from 2-3 weeks when TipTech does them. I'm not a rude person and due to the conversation when I walked in, I couldn't even find myself wanting to answer simple questions like "what are you doing this weekend". Avoid if you can, I will not be returning and feel people should know how bad the service/end result is, unless you like returning to nail salons excessively in a one-week period."

"Came here to have my gel x nails removed due to a bad nail injury. Quinn was super nice and personable. After she removed my nails, I asked her to just paint black gel on them (nothing fancy). I had the gel polish changed on my toes too (no pedicure). Very pricey.. was charged $85 which to me is kinda ridiculous.. my normal salon I wouldn't have paid more than 50 for the work that was done all together. Not to mention, 2 days later not only did the GEL polish CHIP away on several of my fingers but it was also completely missing from one of my toes after I took my shoes off... sorry to say, but will never be returning."

"Quinn is so sweet and does exactly what you want perfectly and without acting like it’s a burden to do your nails (like a lot of nail salon these days). My nails last a long time and are so vibrant (I get dip powder nails). Highly recommend!"

"I had an amazing experience at UK Nails! Ever since moving back to the suburbs from Boston, I’ve been looking for a new salon. UK Nails is the best in the area. I called ahead to make an appointment for acrylics. At first I wanted ombré pink/white, but that design would have been an extra cost so I looked at the gel colors. They had a great color selection and I was sold when it was suggested to have one sparkle nail. I couldn’t be more excited about my nails. UK Nails was very clean and followed all covid-19 precautions. Everyone was so friendly and I had fun conversations. I can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks!"
