"Went in for a pedicure this weekend and literally left with the same skin I went in with lol...I paid $55 for a color change cause that's all I really got. Won't waste money there again."

"walked in for a fill, told me to pick my color. sat down and was constantly interrupted by my nail tech answering the phone and taking other customers to do their eyebrows. the nail tech also kept saying my nails were broken and needing repair and proceeding to rip off my nails. it took over two hours for a fill and i spent nearly $90. when i left i looked at my nails and realized my index fingers were very noticeably longer than all of my other nails. i am not one to go back and complain but they looked so bad. i went back in the next and explained i had been there the day before and would like my index fingers fixed as they were noticeably longer than the rest of my nails. it was almost as if they didn’t believe i was there, questioning me on when i was there and who did my nails. all they did was file down the nails, breaking the seal on my gel polish and causing it to chip. in just over a week all the nails that the tech had “repaired” were falling off. had to go get a fill and multiple nails repaired less than two weeks after getting my nails done there. would not recommend this salon to anyone and will not be returning."

"I love going to this place for my manicure. While I can never get the same person as I do in other places, it doesn't really matter. It's just a no-miss overall experience. The place is not expensive (in fact, their regular manicure is priced less than others) and every experience feels like I get so much more for what I would ordinarily get anywhere else. For starters, the place is really clean. Next, the nail techs are all respectful and not overly chatty or friendly. Third, there is always a 5-minute massage built in with warm towels inside plastic wraps. Fourth, the process itself is very sanitary. Fifth, whatever sort of service I get, I get the same attention. I am never hurried or oversold on getting gel manicures when I am not planning to get one that day. This is my go-to nail place for myself and for anyone I know. I am never embarrassed to recommend it. Even my husband, who gets a pedi occasionally, has no qualms being dragged, er, invited to come with me to this spot. Trust me, that says a lot!"

"Prices are very affordable and service is exceptional! Always very friendly and accommodating for walk-ins as well. They always include hot towel treatments with every service, even just a simple nail removal. Can't recommend it enough, if you don't go here you are missing out!"
