"If I could rate this place higher I would! I reached out to the owner a few weeks ago about having a bachelorette party here. She responded super fast and was more than accommodating with making plans! Unfortunately due to issues with the bridal party, we had to switch the day last minute (and I mean quite literally the day before). Lima made it work to take us the next day and herself and her entire staff where the absolute sweetest and talented people! The entire bridal party was SO happy with their nails and the extra steps the owner took to accommodate the group last minute is beyond appreciated! Our nails all look absolutely beautiful and we were in and out in a timely manner considering there was four of us getting services done! I will certainly be back and already booked my next appointment here!! 100% recommend!! Thank you again to Lima and her entire staff for making the experience one to remember! :)"

"The customer service at Lima’s is exceptional. The family; Lima, her sister and her husband are always so welcoming as well as her other staff. My twin sister loves Dee doing her nails, an African American woman who is so funny and sweet. Lee, Lima’s sister always switches the channel for us to watch something that interests us. They are patient and actually don’t make it awkward like tower salons by actually speaking to us. We literally take the 30 minute drive for their customer service and because they actually do an amazing job!"

"I took my time before I wrote this review. Lima and her family are very sweet and accommodating, I went there twice and on the first time I experienced how they process their customers, you start with one nail tech then ten minutes later they would shift that tech to work on a different customer, was a turn off for me but could be normal to others. Everywhere I went to in the past went as you get service by one tech till the job is done! I went back again to give the place another shot since the reviews were great!!! The second time there was for mani and pedi, I was helped by one of their tech’s that failed to hear me saying I had gel nail polish on my hands prior to jumping me into the pedi section to get the feet done and ended up rushing the process of removing the existing color. Well, I ended up with some kind of a nail fungus eating up my nails … both visits were about a little over a month ago, so I waited to see what’s going on with my nails!! I have been to nail salons before and I never experienced such infection! Not even from small shops at the mall. Pictures to show how my nails were and how they are now."
