"Was my first time , came here with friend. People work here are immigrants with english-speaking owner, just like a lot of other Viet salons, in a predominantly white neighborhood that charge crazy prices for OK work and get good tips because its expensive area. They are Ok but not the best by far. I understand them, these ladies don't speak good english and will discuss clients right in front of you. Will make up prices as they go, don't like any changes and rush you to get more clients and tips. They handed me a 2$ worth lotion as a Christmas gift as a left, but I still wasn't wowed."

"This was my go to salon when I lived closer. I’ve had my nails done by maybe 6 different techs here. My nails always looked great after every appointment. The last nail appointment I had was with Kate. She was precise, kind and most of all patient. It was a long service- gel pedicure + ombré dip manicure. It came out so pretty! Overall, inviting space; talented, friendly and approachable techs."

"I called in for a last minute dip manicure on my way home from a lash appointment in Chelmsford. What a big mistake. When I arrived the lady at the front did not even greet me and abruptly asked “can I help you”. After I told her what I wanted she told me to pick my color. I told her I am doing a bunch of different pastels & I had a photo for reference if I could have assistance picking colors. She rudely said AGAIN “still pick your colors”. They probably had over 100 colors. It would have taken me an hour. I asked if someone could help me find the colors and another woman said no it’s your nails. You know the colors you have.. you work there and you want me standing there for an hour picking out 10 different dip colors. Anyways, I ended up walking out and going to my usual nail salon A+ Posh Nails in Andover. The team at A+ Posh Nails ended up finding all the dip colors for me and did an amazing job as usual. This was the most tragic experience. It goes to show who really cares for their business and reputation. Below I will attach what I wanted and what I received at my regular nail place NOT at Icolor. Response to Owner: I find this response comical. 1. Greet your customers when they walk through the door. 2. I was told to pick my color out twice after I had said I had a picture of my nails and I’d need help looking, you replied “still you can pick your colors” . A woman came over from the desk and I showed her the picture this time and asked her if she had similar colors to match the picture. She said “it’s your nails, I’m not sure”. What kind of response is that.. 3. I walked out after KINDLY saying I will just go to my regular place so that they can help me find the colors because if I looked it would take too long. 4. The extra $12 had NOTHING to do with me leaving. I ended up paying more at the other Salon than I would here and I’d do it again! Could you be any more disrespectful to tell me I left because of the price when all I wanted was someone to help me with the BARE minimum.. No wonder your salon is at the corner of a highway cramped with tiny parking spaces. Your response is unappreciated, goodbye."

"I love Icolor!! It is clean and I always leave happy. Natalie does my nails and she does an incredible Job. They play friends on the TV and are all very nice."
