"I have never had to walk out of a nail salon without my nails getting done before. The first two times I came to this salon were very positive experiences. I had a coupon and came for a mani pedi and then a mani a couple of weeks later. I came the first time during a weekday in the morning and the second time later on Sunday. Both were good experiences I enjoyed the way my nails looked and thought the pricing was very fair. However this time was not a good experience. I came on Thursday afternoon and the place was very busy. The man who seems to be either the manager or owner told me they couldn't accommodate me at the time and to come back another day. Which was understandable I didn't have an appointment and they were busy. The next time I came back was Sunday around noon. The same man told me I could come back later that day. I asked him when and he made me an appointment for 3pm. I was apprehensive because I had to be at work at 4 and asked how long it would take to do my nails to which he replied 40 minutes. I then came back at 3. When I walked in the man seemed confused when I told him my name and appointment time but eventually looked at the appointment book saw my name and told me to pick a color. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for a nail tech to even greet me. In this time two other people one with an appointment and one walk-in began their service before me. When I stood up from my seat in the lobby 30 minutes into my wait the man told me that I was waiting because only one of the nail techs could do dip and told me to keep waiting. However when I was there previously the nail tech doing the girls nails who had walked in had done dip for me. I could not leave at this point though I wanted to because the man had come 20 minutes into my wait and put cotton balls with acetone on my nails which were now stuck on and I had no way to get them off but to wait for a nail tech to do so. At 3:45 was when I was finally seated at a station while a nail tech finished her client's nails next to me and told me it would be 2 more minutes. I asked how long it would take and she spoke to the man in mandarin and did not answer me to which I then said "I have to leave by 4". Which she also ignored. She then took of my nail polish leaving my nails a brittle disaster since they had been soaking in acetone for 25 minutes and I said again that I had to leave and got up and washed my hands. When I walked back to grab my phone I told her again I had to go since I had been waiting for 40 minutes to which she then asked if I would be coming back to have her do my manicure. I said no I will not be back and walked out with no apology or explanation from the man and the entire nail salon of costumers staring at me. I have never walked out of a place with my nails not being done before which was especially agrivating because the man could have just told me a different time. I attached a picture. To the man running this salon please treat your costumers with more respect. To anyone who chooses to go to this business after reading my review please stand up for yourself if you are treated unfairly. No one should have to wait almost an hour to not get their nails done."

"I don’t typically leave negative reviews but after my experience at this nail salon, I feel like it’d be unfair not to warn others on what to expect. I was in town for a special celebration and needed to get a mani & pedi. I came across this nail salon and after reading the reviews online I felt confident. I was greeted with a sense of urgency, but didn’t think anything of it- at the end of the day I also didn’t want to spend too much time getting my nails done. I went with my cousin. We both decided to get the same nail color. We were essentially yelled at for choosing the same color and were told to pick different nail polish. Both the mani & pedi were rushed— my manicure took 2 minutes (this is not an exaggeration). I was done with the mani and pedi in 30 minutes. I got gel on both my toes and nails. I could see the gel bubbling up and detaching from my nails. I still left her a generous tip because I felt bad but it was truly the worst mani & pedi I’ve ever gotten. On my way home, my nails were already chipping and by the end of the night, my nail polish had come off on several of my nails. I went back the following day. As expected, I was treated so poorly. The same nail lady filed my SKIN to the point of bleeding. She was so rude and filed my skin on purpose. I asked her to be gentle and she continued. It’s been 2 days now and my finger is swollen and painful, has continued to bleed & my doctor has prescribed me antibiotics. Please refrain yourself from supporting this business. I’m a small business owner and would never treat my customers in such a way. I was not respected and my cousin had a similar experience as well. I hope this review can help others who don’t want to experience what I went through."

"I see Aaron on a regular basis. I have never had a set of nails that i didn’t like. He takes his time and makes sure each and every finger is perfect. All the other staff are such kind people and work so hard to keep clients happy. I will never go to another nail salon. Aaron has become a great friend!! 100000/10 reccomend."

"Brand new! Incredibly clean. Extra parking in the back of the building. The front is compact for parking. 20% discount still going on. Everyone was very friendly. Beautiful design. Normally priced for the area. I have super funky toenails and they were very accommodating to how tiny they are. I had JJ -excellent. The women getting her nails done had Mia. Her nails looked great. Definitely worth the experience. Enjoy."
