"Stay Away From This Place! I ordered a few meals through the drive-thru today, was told to pull up and wait. So I did, but no one came out, so I went in after waiting awhile. It wasn't busy at all by the way. I was told "Oh, didn't know where you went" yet no one bothered to look outside. Now my food has been sitting for about 10mins plus. I get home and take my first bite and this is what I received. After my stomach turned and was disgusted, I got back in my car, drove back, and returned all the food. Was given a refund, one apology, and was given absolutely no incentive to come back from the manager. If this is how they are with customers, I have no doubt that the kitchen and food is just as disgusting as their customer service. If you can't toast a bun, you can't cook food! They lost a customer for life and anyone I speak to as well. I feel sick to my stomach, yet still so hungry. Be Ashamed Fairhaven BK."
