"ONE OF THE BEST, MOST CONSISTENT, DUNK AND DONUTS LOCATIONS, I'VE BEEN TO.... I MUST SAY, THOUGH, TO THE CORPORATE SALES REPS, YOU REALLY NEED TO SOLVE THE LEAKING LIDS TO CUPS PROBLEM.... I REALIZE THAT THE PAPER CUPS ARE MORE SAFER AND HEALTHIER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, WHICH I AM ALL FOR !!!! HOWEVER, EVERY SINGLE CUP, DROPS FROM THE LID AND TOP OF CUP.... MAYBE, 1 OUT OF 20, WILL SEAL, JUST ENOUGH NOT TO.... AND, IT IS HORRIBLE, TO GET COFFEE STAINS ON YOUR WORK UNFORMS OR ESPECIALLY, ANYTHING WHITE.... WE CAN DO BETTER !!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH...."
"I don't drink coffee so I usually get a breakfast sandwich and a coke. I was surprised to find Dunkin is now carrying Pepsi. I'm sure I understand the economics of choosing the second best product on the market, but it's one less reason to go to Dunkin."
"Can someone teach the window how to double check an order? Ordered Med hot black and I received a med hot 3 shots vanilla 3 creams 3 sugars…. It’s just coffee… someone else is making it… your job is to grab the right coffee cup.. please just double check before you hand it out… I’m in line and trying to rush off to work.. I assume you are handing me the correct order… ugh!"
