"Bad drive thru experience. You have one job, take order, read order, and fulfill order, and yet, my son’s drink wasn’t provided. I literally got out my car and knocked on the window, and my fountain ended up being a reg coke not diet, which I realized too late. This happens way too often. It’s disappointing."
