"So I've been going here for about a month and have absolutely loved the food every time. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I felt it was appropriate here since (and I mean this in the most complementary way possible) I had absolutely no idea they were 100% gluten free! I do not have celiac disease, I do not go out of my way to try to eat gluten free (usually). I just wanted a place that makes great breakfast. Imagine my surprise. Keep up the great work guys!"

"It's great to find a café that understands the concept of dietary requirements especially regarding gluten free. The entire menu is GF. There's a good range. The pancakes were really tasty. You'd never know they are GF. Carrot cake was really moist."

"TL:DR, Twist is a fantastic bakery/cafe that just so happens to be a literal heaven for those with Gluten/Dairy/other food allergies. Twist doesn't exactly scream "Gluten Free people, come here!" and that's by design. Food allergies are unfortunately divisive, as many people will simply never give an allergy safe place a shot if they don't have any issues eating other "normal" food. So Twist opts instead to not be a "Good gluten free bakery", but "A really good bakery, that happens to be gluten free." I was impressed with not only my baked goods, but also my gorgeous breakfast sandwich on house made bread. The coffee is great too, which can sometimes be a gamble at other bakeries (The snickerdoodle latte was amazing). I ended up visiting twice in two days, and I guarantee I'll be back soon. Maybe I'm biased because I'm Celiac, but this was the most deserving 5 Star review ever."

"We recently got married in Maine and during our planning process we were having a hard time finding nut free/gluten free bakeries for sweets to serve at our wedding. On a whim, I reached out to Twist to see if there was any way we could make it work to have some of their desserts at our wedding. Without a question they said yes and helped me execute the greatest dessert table.
