"I wish all mall food is like what Cibao has: delicious, unpretentious dishes with character. It's the first time I've seen Dominican food in a mall, which really should have been more popular. We had two kinds of pork with Spanish rice, and a stuffed cassava, all very well prepared, and washed with Dominican soda - very satisfying! The price was fair and service was fast and friendly"

"If you're looking for delicious Dominican food that won't break the bank, Cibao Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. I recently ordered the pastellitos with moro and pernil and was blown away by the flavors. The pastellito was perfectly crispy and filled with seasoned chicken, while the moro (rice and beans) was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The pernil (pork) was tender and juicy, with a nice crispy skin. What really stood out to me was the quality of the food for the price. It's not often that you can find such flavorful food at such an affordable price point."
