"Where’s the old Jitter’s spirit of friendliness and service? First, no one took notice of the two customers at the counter. Then I was given the wrong sandwich. Fortunately, I was still in my car and not half way home. A girl came out, grabbed my bag and said that I had the wrong sandwich - oops, was that my fault? No apology given. What’s up Jitters? Must have just been a bad day."

"I was starving and had a sleeping baby in the car. Thank goodness for online order (I was parked) and curbside pick up. The woman who brought my sandwich was lovely. The food was great. My child slept!!! It was a miracle of a day. Could not be more thankful for this wonderful cafe!"

"Coffee was fabulous. I got an Iced Mocha. I'm a little disappointed that my egg and bacon weren't more filling. There wasn't much to it charged for extra bacon but there was only 1 piece. I was looking for something gluten-free but didn't want a dry wrap just a protein Bowl... what I received was a small small cup of cooked egg and 1 piece bacon. I asked for potato and got none.we were half an hour away before I discovered it was all wrong."

"Outdoor only seating, no restrooms, just so you don't expect anything. But it's worth the stop. Good food, loved the seating area."

"Perfect place to stop by to grab a quick lunch. There is no indoor seating or bathroom but there is outdoor seating that is semi private. The food is on the healthy side of things so that's always a plus. The portion size is rather large for the price tag. Employees are nice and cordial."
