"I've given this place 5 stars before. I've been there a few times, and there were no complaints. However, the last time was a bitter disappointment. As always, I called ahead and was told that my party would not have any problems getting a table as we arrived. When we came in, however, we were told that we had to wait 35 min. This was a birthday celebration, so it was very inconvenient, since we had guests coming. The hostess was rude, and not helpful at all. People were coming in and getting tables right away, while we were still waiting. At least, after finally being seated, the service improved, but the mood was already ruined by then. Very disappointed by the experience. Probably will not be back again."

He was great about not rushing us but seemed to be there right when we started thinking about ordering. He was great Food was good too, the spinach dip was super salty last time and this time was well balanced and seemed fresher. Steak and salad were good too. Excellent job"

The atmosphere at Longhorn Steakhouse was also fantastic - it was warm and inviting, with a cozy feel that made me want to stay for hours.
